So I am completely new to the painting and brush stroke way of looking at things. I've been trying to get a handle on creating shapes through blocking. Here's the attempt

So after creating Zombie Tuesday I created a myspace page devoted to anyone and everyone drawing a zombie on tuesday. This one was all about the Zombie turtles you can shoot out.

Smiles All A-Round

I'm trying to do one of these in one sitting after work. (pencils done on the weekends) This took a few hours tonight. Went for a nice stark contrast with a strong silhoutte. Trying to hone in on a nice style that i've always admired and enjoyed.

I pencilled him at the cafe and rendered him after work today. I'm working on my back lighting and trying not to get too dark and light as quickly as I tend to do. Trying to only have small pools of black and white......trying.

Knight without a Templar

My first attempt at creating a character without my pencil. It was pointed out to me that I made a medieval self portrait......... yeah, guilty, but my nose is still way bigger.
