Fired animation by an excellent animator

Matthew Timms animation
and the original
Awesome job.  Makes me so happy to see art go forward and turned into something bigger than itself.  Thanks Matthew for the awesome work!

Give him some love here

Fil n Mantis: a short story

So I am starting to wrap my head around my graphic novel and I did a quick 2 page
comic to explore the look and feel and how far to push certain ideas like blur/animation feel, lettering, colors, and sizing.  Alot of work to do but I learned a ton.  Here's the 2 page results.  Obvious flaws aside I am very happy and hopeful.
I hope to get all of this together and do a kickstarter on making it happen so I can concentrate on this and little else.  Just thought I'd share with y'all what's happening in the old noggin.

Old Fil n Mantis animations

So I still have plans to make the story and create a CG short film with Fil and Mantis.  Here are some Reeeaallly old animations and CG models I put together years ago.  The characters have changed a bit but I thought this was a hoot.  I really wanted to be an animator for a spell.  What they look like now link
