invitation only kind of thing. Some people have never been invited that have started up there own. Project rooftop is a good one for costume designers, CG hub has bi weekly challenges too. I'm sure concept art.org and deviant art would as well.

just a group that gets bi-weekly drawing challenges. A good group of eclectic tastes and takes on art. Next week is Where the Wild Things are.
